Phylicia Pierson
Coach Pierson has coached at Northmont since 2021. The 2008 T-Bolt graduate is passionate about the district and the game as she played at the high school, competitive club, and D1 collegiate level. Philly is a licensed intervention specialist at the high school with 9 years of experience in special education. She is anticipating a breakout season for the team this year.
