Parents of students participating in summer workouts should complete their Final Forms account as soon as possible.

• A. Middle School $50.00

• B. High School (Varsity&Reserve) $120.00

• C. High School (9th/JVB and Cheerleaders) $80.00

• D. No Family Max

• E. The Families that qualify for free or reduced lunch reduced fee of $80.00 per HS sport
