Dr. Benjamin Rulli
Coach Ben Rulli enters his second season leading Northmont Football with a proven track record of building championship-level programs and developing athletes and coaches. Across two coaching stints at Proctor Academy, Coach Rulli built one of New England’s premier prep football programs, highlighted by a 2022 New England Championship and the development of more than 80 college athletes, including several who advanced to the professional ranks. Prior to Northmont, he also led the rebuilding of Archbishop Carroll High School football through a culture-centered approach focused on accountability, relationships, and player development.
In addition to his high school success, Coach Rulli has coached at the collegiate level, founded a varsity boys’ lacrosse program, and earned his Doctorate in Education from Baylor University. His academic and professional work centers on coach development, leadership, and building high-performing athletic programs through effective teaching, organizational alignment, and long-term athlete development.
