Jadyn Johnson and Lamar Bonner Named May Athletes of the Month

Congratulations to Jadyn Johnson and Lamar Bonner on being named the May BW3s Athletes of the Month!

Jadyn Johnson
Senior - Pitcher - Softball
Jadyn threw an amazing tournament run for the Bolts allowing only 4 runs in 4 tournament games from Sectionals all the way to Regional Finals.
Our last game she struck out 14 batters of the 18 batters faced.
She hit .552 and has her name all over our record book for Northmont Softball w/ hits, RBI's, (48) homeruns (8), on base percent (627).
She kept us in all the games and without her on the mound we never would of made it to regional finals this year.
Threw 134.1 innings and finished w/ 157 strike outs in the season. Jadyn as been an exceptionalplayer who has done amazing her entire high school career.

Lamar Bonner
Sophomore - High Jump - Track & Field
Lamar Bonner is a sophomore high jumper on the Northmont Track and Field Team. Lamar is having an incredible season. He started off the month with accomplishing Runner-Up at the 2026 Greater Western Ohio Conference Track and Field Championships Meet and was named 2nd Team All-G.W.O.C. Lamar also reached another milestone this month, by winning the 2026 Division 1, Region 4 Track and Field Championships in his respective event with a jump of 6’5”. Lamar finished in the top 10 at the OHSAA State Track & Field Championships as a sophomore.
