Whether you are a returning varsity player or trying out for the first time, we want to see you out there. Here is everything you need to know about our summer schedule starting **Monday, June 1st**:
??? Summer Strength & Conditioning
Summer lifting is open to all girls sports. Come put in the work and build a strong foundation for the season.
* Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
* Time: 7:00 AM – 8:15 AM
* Details: Sessions will be fully supervised and led by coaching staff.
?? On-Court Tennis Skills & Drills
Get your racket ready and work on your game with the coaching staff.
* Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
* Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM
* What to Bring:** A racket and plenty of water to stay hydrated.

To stay up to date with schedules, weather updates, and announcements, please ensure you are registered on both of our primary team communication platforms:
1. Final Forms: Make sure all athletic paperwork and registrations are up to date.
