The varsity tennis team delivered an impressive performance today, with several standout results across singles and doubles competition. The team walked away with their first victory of the season.

Singles Highlights

Curtis Braswell played dominant tennis to earn his first high school varsity victory, cruising to a 6-0, 6-0 shutout. The impressive showing for his first win.

Tommy Jenkins also found success on the court, defeating a friend in a competitive matchup 7-6 (7-4), 6-3. Jenkins' strong play in the tiebreak proved decisive.

Michael Fletcher competed in his first singles match of the season, falling 0-6, 0-6 against tough opposition. Despite the lopsided scoreline, Fletcher showed competitive spirit throughout the match and gained valuable experience at the varsity level.

Doubles Action

Alex and Nick Seibert dominated their doubles match, recording a 6-0, 6-0 shutout to remain undefeated on the season.

Austin Meagley and Marquise Leary faced strong competition in their match, battling hard before falling 5-7, 4-6. The close scores reflected the competitive nature of the contest.
