53 Northmont DECA members competed at the Ohio DECA Career Development Conference in Columbus on Tuesday and Wednesday this past week. The chapter had 16 Ohio DECA Finalists and 11 Students who qualified for the International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, in April.

Principles of Business Management and Administration - Thu Ngyun - 5th Place
Accounting Applications - Micah Perry - 6th Place

All the students did an amazing job, and I am extremely proud of everyone's efforts. It is hard to reach this level, so just being here is a huge accomplishment. I am extremely excited to see what happens at the next level, as I feel like we are taking a lot of great projects and competitors.
