The Northmont High School Swim Team made a big splash at the GWOC Conference Meet, highlighted by standout performances and podium finishes against strong conference competition.
Javier Pfeiler led the way for the Bolts with an outstanding 1st-place finish in the 200 IM, touching the wall with a personal best time of 2:03.40.
On the girls’ side, Abbie Weeks earned a 2nd-place finish in the 100 butterfly, posting a strong time of 1:02.08. Competing at the conference level, a top-two finish is a huge accomplishment and a testament to Weeks’ hard work and consistency throughout the season.
Placing 1st and 2nd at the GWOC Conference Meet is no small feat, and the Bolts continue to prove they can compete with the best.

Northmont returns to the water this Saturday, February 7th, for a home Senior Night at the Kleptz YMCA against CJ and Brookville, with a 6:00 PM start time.
