The Lady Bolts faced Centerville on Wednesday night in a hard-fought conference matchup. Northmont took some time to find their momentum early, falling behind by nine points after the first quarter. The Lady Bolts showed resilience in the second quarter, battling back with improved defensive pressure and offensive execution to cut the deficit to just one point heading into halftime.
After half, Northmont struggled to find a consistent pace, allowing Centerville to regain control and take an eight-point lead into the fourth quarter. The final period proved challenging for both teams offensively, with scoring opportunities hard to come by. Despite their efforts, Northmont was unable to convert enough shots down the stretch to close the gap. The Lady Bolts ultimately fell to Centerville, 49–40.
