The Lady Bolts suffered a tough loss to Miamisburg, Wednesday night, after building a strong lead early in the game. Northmont controlled the first half, playing with intensity and execution to take a 21–9 advantage into halftime.
However, the Bolts came out of the break lacking the same energy and momentum, allowing Miamisburg to slowly chip away at the lead. As the game tightened, Miamisburg surged late in the fourth quarter to take the lead.
Despite Northmont’s efforts down the stretch, the Lady Bolts were unable to respond and regain control. Northmont ultimately fell in a hard-fought battle, 40–36.
