Coach Michael Paige – Northmont Girls Varsity Basketball

I am thrilled to join the Northmont family and begin a new chapter as head coach of the girls varsity basketball program. This marks my 21st year in coaching, with 13 years of experience on the boys' side and the past 8 years leading girls varsity teams.

Most recently, I served as head coach at Mississinawa Valley High School, where our program experienced remarkable success. Over the past three seasons, we achieved 20+ wins each year and earned multiple titles, including:

Our 2024 team advanced to the Regional Finals, coming just one game shy of the state championship. I was honored to be named the 2023 District 9 Coach of the Year and the 2023 All-Southwest District Coach of the Year. I also had the privilege of coach the 2023 District 9 girls' AllStar Game as well as the 2024 District 9 girls' AllStar Game.

As we embark on this new journey at Northmont, our coaching staff is fully committed to building a strong, competitive program and ushering in a New Era of Northmont Girls Basketball.

Off the Court:
I am a Christian, a proud husband to my wife Jami, and a father. I currently serve as the Lead Life Coach for Dayton Public Schools, specializing in mentoring and counseling youth.
